Lorin Cassidy Wolfe, with her direct leadership approach, passion for people, and focus on breakthrough growth strategies, collaborates closely with all L2 Capital portfolio companies to drive focus and execution via strategy, process, and people. She joined L2 Capital in 2019, bringing a decade of experience as a successful business leader and practitioner of the Japanese lean tools.

Prior to L2 Capital, Ms. Wolfe was CEO of Acco Material Handling Solutions, a KKR portfolio company where she drove rapid growth of a mature industrial business. Before Acco, she spent a decade developing general management and operational expertise at Danaher. She was tasked with leading operational turnarounds at both Portescap and Jacobs Vehicle Systems, the birthplace of the renowned Danaher Business System.

Her early career was spent forging an impactful path at BMW NA, Ford Racing, Land Rover UK, and NASCAR’s Hendrick Motorsports.  

Ms. Wolfe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.
